Step into a role where your skills are valued and your presence makes a difference. We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist to join a leading ASX-listed engineering company in North Ryde. This temporary position has strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role

As the first point of contact on reception, you’ll be the face of the organisation, ensuring every visitor and call receives a professional and welcoming experience. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm or 9:00am–5:00pm.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome visitors and manage meeting rooms, kitchen areas, and the overall reception environment
• Operate the busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and professionally
• Assist with mail room tasks, general administration, and ad-hoc team support
• Provide a friendly, professional experience for guests and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, call centre, contact centre, or administration roles
• Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
